The Premise brought to you by Drambuie is excited to unveil The Island as Sydney's hottest venue during the month of October.

During September, The Island will undergo a design transformation in order to reflect The Premise winner's dream design concept. Once completed, it will then remain stationed at Mrs Macquarie's Chair from October 6th-22nd, Thu, Fri & Sat nights only. With 350 square metres of space, a fully licences and serviced cocktail bar, commercial kitchen, bathroom facilities and a professional sound system, this intimate location is the ideal platform for crewing a totally exclusive bar concept. During this time The Premise will be totally available for private events and complimentary water taxis will be offered by Drambuie to and from the vessel.
