The Premise

If you're following the Drambuie campaign for The Premise, then you'll know they just picked the winner AND revealed the secret location of the winning bar design: on a pontoon that's docked in front of Mrs Macquarie Chair.

We'd like to be cynical, but it does rather up the ante: a money-can't-buy location with killer views, and a water taxi service thrown into the mix. The winning bar concept came from design duo Simon Connet and Matilda Swan; it's called The Dispensary, and it will be fully operational for three weeks from Thursday to Saturday nights, starting October 6.
